Our Approach

Design Team Sign Company. LLC is a signage and branding manufacturer that has experienced growth and expansion for over 30 years. We currently employ over 200 skilled and experienced individuals from Hardin and McNairy Counties and the surrounding area. Each project is important and our team which begins with creative, effective design, and communication is a strength and priority of our company. Our supportive sales team works closely with project managers to ensure every detail and step in the process is completed with excellence, including permit procurement, on-time delivery, installation, and service.

Once your project is designed and approved, our engineers utilize 3-dimensional design software to create shop floor drawings for our talented production teams. In 2019 Design Team relocated operations to a newly constructed 324,000 square foot facility equipped with state-of-art machinery and equipment, including 20 fabrication stations, 3 CNC routers, a water jet, an ultrasonic welder, and 3 channel letter benders for superior product fabrication. For beautiful and durable coatings, we have 5 spray painting booths and a powder coating system, as well as 3 thermoforming machines for sign faces, a complete millwork department for custom wood products, and 3 large format printers for brilliant graphics and photographic detail. Each completed product is staged in our 40,000 square foot warehouse, packaged and crated by our shipping and logistics department, ensuring on-time delivery to our experienced installation crews.
